I'm a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at UVCE Bengaluru, building at the intersection of hardware design and energy systems. I'm fascinated by electric vehicles and renewable energy — not as abstract concepts, but as real hardware challenges.
I can move from concept to CAD models quickly, debug circuits, and work through full design cycles. I'm comfortable learning new tools — whether it's Fusion 360, Autodesk CFD, LTspice, or Python APIs. More importantly, I break complex systems into manageable components.
Currently focused on: EV vehicle prototyping, battery management systems, and thermal engineering for energy applications.
Designed a scalable wind turbine with 3–5 interchangeable blade modules connected via bolted flange joints. 1–1.5 m rotor prototype with a full testing plan covering assembly time, joint load capacity, rotor balance, vibration, and power generation.
Team project integrating solar panels, battery pack, thermal cooling, and SoC monitoring. My focus was systems integration and thermal dissipation design — making power delivery, thermal management, and energy storage work together under real operating conditions.
Full workflow: Fusion 360 CAD modeling (100mm chord, 160mm span) → material assignment (CFRP & wood) → Autodesk CFD simulation at 25 m/s → STEP file export. Boundary condition setup and aerodynamic performance analysis for design optimization.
